Back in the early 2000s with years of experience developing software for both Retail and Manufacturing industries, Richard decided to apply his knowledge to the rapidly growing website development market, and in 2004 Vale Internet Solutions Ltd was born. Richard is a bit of an all-rounder with a variety of skills in both front-end web design, user interfaces and database software development, accompanied with an ability to understand business processes and marketing requirements.
Robert started his interest in computers and coding at school just as the home computing boom was starting in the early 1980s. He went on to study Computer Studies at the Polytechnic of Wales gaining a First Class Honors degree in 1988. The four year sandwich course had an invaluable year out in industry and he re-joined WIS Computer Systems Ltd after his degree. For the next 25 years he helped build, install and conduct training courses for WIS (which later became Answer Solutions Ltd) who developed world class Oracle ERP solutions for clients all over the world. It was at Answer that Robert met Richard who came to work there later. After Answer he joined Vale Software Solutions and has helped develop ASP.Net websites and software solutions for the last 10 years.
Hannah has had a rather interesting career, her degree in Knitwear Design and Production led on to her lecturing in Tampera, Finland, followed by jobs with BT and Lloyds Bank, and surprisingly as a pub landlady.She now manages our social media marketing, networking and looking for new business. Always happy to chat, and then probably won't stop!!
Rosy thinks she keeps us all safe, although spends most of her day sleeping on the job, and only tends to bark at anyone already perceived not to be a threat.
