Obviously, concerns are rising amongst everyone over how things will pan out over the next couple of weeks. I'm sure you are all well aware of the situation, and have taken on board all the advice provided without us having to repeat it.

We are not going anywhere!

Fortunately we have the added bonus that pretty much all the work and support we do for you, our clients, we can do from anywhere. So, health permitting of course, it is business as normal for us, so please feel free to bombard us with questions, support, ideas and so on.

So, it's business as usual then?

Yes it certainly is! Over the coming weeks we will be open for business and it may now be the time to consider revamping your website, bringing it up to date, and even putting adding some new features?

We also offer database software development services - perhaps you could consider getting your business in order, sorting out a bespoke CRM system, modernising all of those spreadsheets?

We are also keen to push forward in the rapidly expanding App market, perhaps you've got that amazing idea and need some help implementing it?

Problems with Payments/Finances

Like us, many of you are in no doubt concerned about finances, both business and personal. We are very aware of the knock on effect this will have, and are under no illusion that some of our customers will struggle to pay some outstanding or upcoming bills. We would be very grateful if you are in this position if you could get in touch as soon as possible.

Unfortunately though, we will have to make some difficult decisions over the coming months, and if at the current time any of our customers are more than 3 months in arrears with any outstanding service or product bills, we may have to impose further actions or restrictions to ensure we do not incur further costs. We shall be contacting these customers within the next week to discuss options.

So, just be careful out there...
